Where are you based?

We’re based in Arizona, USA, however we don’t have a public store to pickup from.

What is your return and replacement policy?

If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item for a different color (subject to availability in stock) that's NO WORRIES at all. The goods must be unused, unwashed and original packaging in the same condition as you received them. Please simply email us with your concerns and we will do our best to make you happy. We want your 100% customer's satisfaction & welcome your honest Review. Your satisfaction is the most important thing in our business because we love you as our customers. Our 100% positive customer's satisfaction is our No 1 Priority.

How long will take to receive my order?

Delivery times can take from 1 to 5 weeks with 2 weeks being our average. It varies depending on item you purchased , USA stock availability and your location.

I have received only a part of my shipment, where are the other items?

Our warehouses located in different destinations depends of your product choice, so some items may arrive earlier than others. If you’d like to know the status of your other items, please use the Contact Us form with your name and order number.

What about possible customs fees?

There are a few things to be aware of: You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. Orders may be returned for various reasons including non-payment of tariffs, incorrect address, unclaimed at the post office, etc. If a package is returned or rejected, the customer will be contacted and will be required to pay for re-shipment postage. - NO refunds will be given in any of these instances. 

Will this item get to me before _?

If you need to purchase items before a certain date we recommend buying at least 4 weeks before your date.
